A tuğra is the calligraphic monogram of an Ottoman sultan, an emblem of authority rendered as flowing script. Here it fills a round gold pendant hung on a rope-twist chain. Altın Plaza of Ankara made it. Nadirum shows it to buyers abroad, who order directly from the Turkish workshop.
