The lotus — a symbol of renewal that travelled from Egypt through Anatolian ornament — opens across the face of this gold ring. Reference AYZ0809 from Altınbaş in İstanbul. The petals are kept shallow so the flower does not catch on fabric. Discovered on Nadirum, bought from the Turkish maker itself.
