A rose in gold with green stones set at its heart, the colour reading as leaf against bloom. Reference AYZ00430 from Altınbaş in İstanbul. Green against yellow gold is an old pairing in Ottoman-era jewellery, and it still reads well. The scale stays wearable rather than ceremonial. Found on Nadirum, ordered straight from the Turkish manufacturer.
