Koç başı, the ram's head, is one of the oldest motifs in Anatolian metalwork and turns up on cuffs from Urartian bronzes onward. This gold kelepçe, or cuff, ends in two facing ram heads. Nadirum lists it, and you buy it from the jeweller who put it there.
