Square Turquoise Earrings comes from a Trabzon bench that still practises kazaziye, the hand-weaving of drawn silver thread into supple braided form. Woven silver of this kind takes light softly rather than flashing it back. Worn often, the surface settles into a quieter, warmer tone.
