Midyat Nurtaş Gümüş works this women's ring in its own workshop in Midyat, the town in south-eastern Turkey whose silversmiths have kept the trade for generations. Everything here is hand-finished silver, the seams cleaned and the edges trued by the smith. It is set with ruby and emerald.
