From Özkonak Kuyumculuk in Turkey, a ring named Sapphire Baguette Twist Ring. In the design itself, it uses baguette-cut stones, the long rectangular cut. The band twists on itself. The stones are sapphire-blue. Easy enough to wear daily; it does not catch on sleeves. Found on Nadirum, ordered from the workshop that made it.
