The Nurtaş Gümüş workshop in Midyat, south-eastern Turkey, keeps to hand methods, and this unisex necklace is one result. At its heart is calligraphic script cut into the silver. It is bench work in silver: cut, formed, soldered and finished by hand rather than cast in a mould. Weight, dimensions and lead time are kept current on the atelier's site rather than here.
