Flower Engraved Silver Women's Filigree Bangle

Here is a women's bangle from Midyat in south-eastern Turkey, cut and soldered at the Nurtaş Gümüş bench. Its subject is an open flower head. It is built in telkâri, the Midyat filigree in which hair-fine silver wire is twisted, coiled and soldered into an open lattice.
