This women's bangle is bench-made in Midyat, the south-eastern Turkish silver town, by Midyat Nurtaş Gümüş. It is hand-worked silver, formed and finished at the bench. Turquoise answers the grey of the silver. The motif is a veined leaf. The lines are engraved into the metal by hand.
