This coordinated jewellery set is bench-made by Sümer Telkari in Midyat, the silversmithing town of Mardin province in south-eastern Turkey. It is built and finished by hand at the bench, without industrial casting shortcuts. Ruby is the stone used, seated in the silver frame. Remaining questions are best put to the workshop itself.
